At this year’s Walk, Tree Farmer Al Robertson will lead attendees on newly constructed trails and to see different trail construction methods. Attendees will view resilience plantings and check on the progress of last year’s plantings. After the walk, there will be a cider tasting with light refreshments available. The assumption is that all attendees will be vaccinated, but for unvaccinated attendees, masks and sanitizer will be available. This event will take place rain or shine so attendees should dress accordingly. Mild to moderate hiking on rough trails is required. There is no charge for this workshop and no registration is required; however, donations to the VWA/Vermont Tree Farm Committee are always welcome.
