Webinar: Summer Apps for the Woods

It’s summer in the woods, and since so many of us are out there with our phones, let’s explore some of our favorite apps. From mapping to species identification, there are lots of apps available to help you understand and manage your woods. We will be joined by Hannah Dallas (Department Forests, Parks and Recreation), Jacob Crawford (Audubon Vermont), and Kate Forrer (Vermont Woodlands Association) , who will provide a round-robin overview of the following apps:Avenza Maps, Merlin Bird Id, eBird, and Seek. The webinar will conclude with time for participants to share what apps they find most helpful out in the woods!
