We’re Hiring: Membership & Engagement Coordinator

At Vermont Woodlands Association, so much of what we do starts with people—landowners, foresters, loggers, and community members who care deeply about the woods and want to be a good steward!

Join the Vermont Woodlands Association team as our Membership & Engagement Coordinator!  We are accepting application for this part time position, based in our Montpelier office. The position is part-time, up to 30 hours a week and offers a flexible schedule. The Membership & Engagement Coordinator will lead the day-to-day management of our membership program while helping connect people to the programs, resources, and relationships that make VWA meaningful. You will also help keep things in our Montpelier office running smoothly for our small team!

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and tasks
• Friendly, responsive, and people-focused
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Interested in being part of a mission-driven organization

You don’t need to know everything about forestry, but an interest in woodland stewardship and working with people who care about the land will go a long way.
