Did you attend our introduction to tree plantings webinar and are ready to get your
hands dirty and plant some trees?
Join this hands-on tree planting event at the Ottauquechee River Trail. Bill Musson, Forester with Redstart Forestry, and Ron Rhodes, Director of Restoration Programs with the Connecticut River Conservancy, will lead this hands-on lesson in planting trees. Each registered participant will be able to plant a tree after learning about what makes a successful tree planting. Additionally, trees will be available to take home to your property and plant as part of a Tree-Plenish project sponsored by the Woodstock Union High School. Event is limited to 50 people, and registrations are required. Family-friendly event. Workshop will take place entirely outdoors, please dress appropriately. Attendance at the webinar is encouraged but not required (recording will be available for viewing).
